Resume Evaluate

Upload your resume, pick the GCC role you are aiming at, and see how it reads to an ATS and to a hiring manager: a score, the checks, and fixes that quote your own lines.

  • ATS checks

Text layer, the parse test, standard headings, contact links and length: the layout problems that break before a human reads a word.

  • Quantified impact

Bullets measured against the XYZ formula, and the metrics GCC teams look for: p95 latency, cost per 1k requests, F1 or recall@k.

  • Production and ownership

Whether you show systems you ran in production, or tickets you delivered. Switchers get help rewriting client delivery as outcomes.

  • Role skill coverage

Your target role's core skills, marked as shown in work, listed only, or missing, with a link to learn each missing one.

How it works

  1. Facts are checked in code: page count, headings, links, bullets with numbers, skills found.
  2. An AI model judges evidence and suggests fixes against a published rubric built from our GCC hiring research.
  3. Every quote is verified against your resume; anything it cannot find is dropped. It never invents experience or numbers.

Scored on: ATS readability (15%), Quantified impact (25%), Production and ownership (20%), Role skill coverage (25%), Role targeting (15%).

Your resume and your privacy

  • Your resume is sent to an AI service (OpenAI) to be evaluated, and only after you agree to it.
  • The file and its text are processed in memory and never stored. A pasted job description is kept only as a fingerprint.
  • We keep the report: scores, findings, role, company, rubric version and date. You can delete any report, or all of them, from your Profile.
