How Pro is delivered
Pro unlocks on your account, online, as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment: usually within seconds, and always within a few minutes. There is nothing to download and no physical delivery. You use it by signing in to the same account on any device.
If Pro has not unlocked
Sign out and back in first. If Pro is still not there after 15 minutes, email hello@prepclever.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will unlock it or refund you in full.
