1. This agreement
These Terms are the contract between you and Grit Labs AI for the The GCC Engineer website and web app (the Services). By creating an account, buying Pro or otherwise using the Services, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy are part of this agreement.
2. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. The Services are sold and delivered in India. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you use the Services for your own career preparation.
3. Your account
You are responsible for everything done on your account. Keep your password private and tell us at hello@prepclever.com if you suspect someone else has used it. Accounts are personal: sharing or reselling access breaches these Terms and may lead to suspension without refund.
4. What you get, and for how long
- Free: what the pricing page lists under Free, including market and role research, the skill audit and gap report, the concept map, the first page of the job board and one resume evaluation summary. We may change or withdraw free content at any time.
- Pro: one payment unlocks everything the pricing page lists under Pro for 365 days from the payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. When the period ends your account returns to Free and keeps your progress.
- Licence: a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for your own preparation. All other rights are reserved.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Razorpay processes payments (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). Pro unlocks once the payment is confirmed. A price change never affects a completed purchase. If you are charged and Pro does not unlock, contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Every Pro purchase has a 7-day full refund: email us within 7 days of paying. The Refund and Cancellation Policy has the details.
7. No affiliation with employers
Grit Labs AI is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any Global Capability Centre, employer, recruiter or company named in the Services. Company names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe them. Job listings link to the employer's own posting, which is the authority on that role.
8. No guarantee of results
The Services are preparation material, not advice. We do not guarantee any interview, offer, salary, promotion or career outcome. Salary figures, company information, interview processes and job listings come from research and public sources; they can be incomplete or out of date, and listings may have closed. Resume evaluations are automated and can be wrong. Please report errors so we can fix them.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Copy, republish, resell or distribute our lessons, guides or research without written permission.
- Share your account or let others use it.
- Scrape, crawl or run automated tools against the Services, or abuse the resume tool.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt, the Services.
- Upload anything unlawful or that you have no right to share.
- Use the Services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
10. Intellectual property
Grit Labs AI or its licensors own the content, software, design and branding of the Services, protected under Indian and international law. The GCC Engineer is a trademark of Grit Labs AI. You keep the rights to what you upload; you give us permission to process it only to provide the Services. Feedback you send may be used freely.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time in Profile; any Pro time left is forfeited. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or where the law requires it. Accounts closed for a breach are not refunded.
12. Availability
We aim for the Services to be available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted access: maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control can cause downtime. If an outage significantly cuts into your Pro period, ask us for an extension.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Grit Labs AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost data, profits, opportunities or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under Indian consumer protection law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Grit Labs AI, its founders and employees against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
15. Changes to these Terms
We update these Terms when the Services or the law change. The date above shows the current version. We announce material changes before they take effect; continuing to use the Services afterwards means you accept them.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to consumer protection law, the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please email us: most issues are resolved faster that way.
